What program to use to find the moment of frame change in a video file for 48 hours?

Hello.
There is a file for 48 hours (recording from the camera). Nothing happens 90% of the time on the recording.. What program (editor) can quickly find time codes where the frame changes (movement occurs)?

Run VLC from the command line, feed it the desired file and add options --video-filter=motiondetectto enable the motion detector filter, to taste - --rate=for playback speed, and, well -vv >logfile.txt, to display messages in a text log, which will then be studied.

You can use the Table View Video Player application . This program plays a video file in the form of a table, where each cell is a separate fragment. Thus, you can speed up video viewing tenfold, though by reducing the playback area. But, the fragment of interest can be viewed separately by simply clicking on the cell.
