How to forward public IP from host to guest?

There is a host (Ubuntu 14.04). There is a guest (KVM, Ubuntu 14.04).
An additional IP address is attached to the host: 1.1.1.1.
We register it in the interfaces of the guest.
How can I force the host to forward traffic to the guest using 1.1.1.1 IP address?
