Is it normal to get 15k fullstack for a developer with 3 years of experience?

Hello everyone, I'm 22 years old, for the last 3 years I've been doing fullstack development (mainly Laravel and react) I recently got a job in a new company to do the same, and I was offered 15k (before that I received about 10) work day 5/2 from 10 :00 to 20:00. And somehow I can’t understand if this is a normal salary or not. I just read everywhere and hear how people get much more. The question is, what should be the normal salary for a fullstack developer in the region and does it make sense to go to Moscow and will it be possible to receive normal money there so that it is enough to rent a room and live?

In the region, the normal salary of a developer (provided that he pulls) is 60 and above, in Moscow from 100. Although I don’t even move below 100 in the region, you can earn this money on freelance, and not sit on a chair for a week
15 get the guys at the car wash so I think the answer is obvious. Before you were a slave, and now you are being offered the same. Look for, finding a job with a decent salary with 3 years of experience is quite real, and 5-6 times higher than what you are offered.
Just accept the fact that you were a slave, did a job that cost 100, and received 10, open https://moikrug.ru/vacanciesand look at the vacancies there, find on your stack and evaluate what you are worth for those who are willing to pay and who need a result and not a slave, personally, thanks to such an analysis, I quit my previous job without hesitation

They have already joked about dollars, so no, this is not normal. This is slavery.

abnormal.
Moreover, it is immoral.
you rob yourself, depriving yourself of pleasures, impressions, new places, things - everything that is customary to buy for money.
you rob your parents / partner (well, or who compensates you for the difference between the standard of living and the income of money) - in fact, they sponsor your employer.
you are participating in the collapse of the wage market in your place of residence.
you instill in the employer the feeling that such a salary figure is ok.
do not do it this way.

If there is enough for everything, and there is no need for more money, and everything suits you, then it’s fine. In general, this is 10 times less than the salary of an average developer in the capital
