How to get an interview or how to get a job as a Python junior/intern developer?

I have been learning Python since March 2020 (9 months), read several books, took several courses on Stepik, completed several projects: two on Django, one quite small on Flask.
I have been actively looking for my first job in IT for 2 months already, there are more than 160 responses in hh, but I received only 2 requests for an interview.
Tell me how to increase the number of responses, how to edit a resume, what kind of project to take on in order to interest the employer and improve your own programming skills and knowledge?

1. If you get a job in a Russian-speaking company, then your resume must be in Russian.
2. You get a job as a programmer, not a Heroku application deployer. It's good that your applications are running somewhere, but employers are interested in your code, show it.

I like people, not only books. In my childhood I figured out that I should think about how
other people feel, this led to desire to be a psychologist but after playing with computers I
discovered that programming can solve so much more.

Chet at all in voice. No offense, pasta is cool. What does it have to do with your professional qualities?
3. It's good that you listed the books that you read, but they should not be in the point of your knowledge.
From your resume, it’s only clear that you know how to fill in a heroku there, read several books and philosophize at the level of a drunken classmate. Out of 160 applications, 2 responses with such a resume are the ultimate dream. Look on the Internet for examples of resumes, there are a lot of them.
PS Went into git... Remove "Junior Python developer" and at least "Git" and "Flask" from skills. It can be seen that you didn’t even master the Flask documentation, most likely the same situation with Django.
PS2. If you figured out the guides with sqlalchemy, this does not mean

Danil Shevchuk , good afternoon!
Everything will be, the main thing is not to quit. Keep learning and writing code.

What has already been done, passed - this is also important. You are well done! I wish you success in your job search.
