Is it normal for the macbook pro 16 i7 to heat up to this temperature?

MacBook new!

I have two questions
1) when watching a video or just climbing on the laptop settings without running any prog, macbook pro 16 i7 512GB, is it almost always 40 degrees cheers?

2) running only one photoshop and starting to draw in it, the laptop heats up to 70 degrees and if you draw continuously, the temperature increases, is this normal when working in photoshop, or you need to configure something in the laptop so that it doesn’t heat up like that

It may be worth cleaning the coolers at the laptop. When working with a raster, a discrete graphics card (if any) will turn on, which significantly increases heat generation. 70 at graphic load - norms, the main thing is that it would not be higher than 80 degrees (already an anomaly)
