Installing Windows via Bootcamp. What's wrong?

I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2011).
There was an urgent need for specific software that only exists on Windows.
I don't want to install virtual machines and Parallels.
When installing through Bootcamp, I ran into a problem. The Mac asks for an installation distribution on disk. Doesn't accept a flash drive.
How can I do it?
