Is it now allowed to indicate your skype in the application? And is there any point in doing it? After all, it is recommended to keep correspondence in messages so that support can know all the agreements if there is a conflict with the client after the completion of the project.

It is better to give skype after the start of the contract. Otherwise, they may be blocked on suspicion of working past the cash register. Trust the client - conduct correspondence anywhere. Do not trust - only upwork and only in English.
