What kind of IP account is needed in the bank to withdraw from Upwork, in rubles or dollars?
I'm going to open a checking account to withdraw money from Upwork, but the puzzle is a bit off.
On the one hand, the upwork itself says Deposit to your local bank account in RUB, that is, it turns out that you need a ruble account.
On the other hand, here and on other resources, when discussing the withdrawal from the upwork, they mention currency control, which means that the account is needed in dollars.
Help me to understand.

There are 3 options:
1) Ruble bank account, withdraw in local currency. The presence of currency control depends on who will be the sender: a Russian legal entity or not. I don't remember how the output of local currency is technically arranged. All because it is extremely unprofitable. At the moment, the exchange rate is 62.45 rubles / $. Upwork will change at a rate of less than 60 rubles.
2) Dollar bank account, wire transfer dollars, $30 per transfer. Pass currency control and get live dollars in your account. You can change them whenever you want at a rate that suits you, or you can not change them. For me the best option.
3) Ruble (or any other) bank account, withdraw dollars wire transfer. It is no different from the previous paragraph, except that the incoming dollars will be automatically converted into the account currency at the rate of the bank. Currency control will also need to pass.
