How to work for odesk if you are under 18?

The bottom line is that I'm under 18, but I'm actively learning Ruby and Rails.
Doing projects for yourself and thus increasing your skill is, of course, good, but I would like to complete real tasks, albeit for a small price. All the same, there the skill will increase much faster and there is an incentive.
But the agreement on odesk says that only people over 18 years old can work, so, can you somehow get around this?

Start with exchanges easier. Where there are no such conditions, but how will it be 18 so immediately on odesk.
