Is everything okay with the PS4 Pro console?

Decided to switch from PC to PS4 pro.
4k TV 50 "
I noticed lags on the game Uncharted 4. And now the question is, is everything in order with the console or should it be like this?
I shot a video, it shows that the image around the character is poorly drawn when the camera is turned, squares are visible.

Lag is a delay in rendering, and your video seems to have some kind of anti-aliasing problem. Either a flaw in the game (sometimes this happens), or the "improvers" of the picture on the TV are naughty.

It's your TV that does frame interpolation, turn it off and that's it.
