Missing image?

The problem is this. There is a Radeon 6870 video card. The image disappears after loading Windows. Works fine without drivers. Works the same on other machines. How can the problem be solved?

Maybe she's out of order. Alternatively, try installing a previous version of the driver, or boot from a live cd of a linux distribution and look at the result.

Without drivers - is it in safe mode?
Try to completely demolish the driver with some Driver Cleaner from under safe mode and remove the device from the system. At the next start, the system should detect it again and install the standard system driver. If it works with it, then the problem was in the driver.

99% burned out ... but
since it initially shows something, that is, there is a chance to repair it yourself
, take out and remove the entire plastic body kit
, carefully inspect all capacitors (barrels) - if the upper end has even the slightest outward deformation (swelling) - solder a new
repair price from 5 to 50 rubles.

Video card for repair. And it is unlikely that these are capacities, rather the blade of the chip. Good luck.

Most likely a broken chip. If so - either to the workshop, or to repair it yourself. All you need to do is warm up the chip (with a hot air gun, for example). Personally, due to the lack of a hair dryer, I simply turned on the computer with the vidyuhi without a radiator, waited a few seconds, turned off the computer with the button on the power supply and pressed the radiator to the vidyuhi. After two such cycles, she came to life, though the toys don’t seem to play on her now (I don’t know for sure, not mine)

This vidyuhi is no more.
