A virtual machine with Windows XP on Raspberry PI 3B hardware is real

Really, with the help of some QEMU. But forget about processor virtualization - it implies that the guest processor is compatible with the host processor, which is obviously not the case. Only software emulation.

You can try to poke into software virtualization, but it will be slow and sad.

Operation is not enough. So not an option.

Yes it is implemented through qemu. The brakes will be wild. But there is a trick. If you cut the ssd, and swap both Linux and Windows in the same ssd, it will be quite usable.
You can go further. You can install linux in raspberry not on microcd but on ssd (via usb) right away. Malinka can boot from usb, and she doesn’t need a microsd at all. There are no sensible solutions in RuNet, on the bourgeoisie, I found - in the config you need to activate this bit for the processor, which removes restrictions from the microsd and the system fully works on ssd via usb, even without having a microcd on board. In general, this gives an increase in read-write of 30 meters per second. Under such a perversion, Windows XP is already able to run the second diablo, browser and photoshop. And the linux itself becomes almost comparable in speed to the desktop one (Not everything is perfect there, of course).
