Is 4GB of RAM Enough?

Hello.
I have an uncluttered laptop, but it bothers me that sometimes when working in a regular browser, other applications can sometimes freeze (system applications: Explorer, etc.). With a running browser and 1 or 2 more applications (Music, Explorer), the average RAM load is 70-80%. Is this normal for 4 GB? Maybe you need to fix something or increase the RAM?

I now have google chrome and skype open 3.4GB of RAM. Of course 4gb is very little in our time. What is Windows? ten? Try to cut out unnecessary Windows applications like all sorts of vr stores, xbox, clouds, surveillance, etc., etc., which hang forever in background mode, but you will never even use them =)

if 70-80%, then it freezes due to the processor, not the RAM
