How to connect a netbook to the car's on-board network?

Good day to all! There is a netbook with a
11.1v battery, the monitor from it has already been safely inserted into the beard of my wonderful car (2105) .
220, and charging from the netbook into it disappears, low efficiency, high losses
Charging it has 19v, so IMHO it’s easier to find
11.1v I think there will be a bunch of pickups and reverse currents to turn the starter.
What is the best way to connect? it would also be desirable to leave the netbook’s internal power supply in the circuit, and not quickly discharge the car’s battery (in 2 days, if connected correctly, I doubt that it will kill 600 A / h of the battery even when the monitor is on, the statement is debatable, but this is not the point of the issue) .

It will be most reliable to use a special adapter for 19 volts to connect a laptop to a car. In it, the problem of pickups is also solved, and it will be possible to leave the standard laptop battery without problems.

Why use a netbook for such purposes at all, it would be enough to have a simple tablet and a lot of car chargers on them.
