How to isolate the CPU from getting liquid metal?

Good day to all!
I want to change the thermal paste to liquid metal soon. After watching the lessons, I realized that many put something on the CPU so that there are no short circuits when flowing out. Actually questions...

1 - How to cover the CPU?
1.1 - A simple colorless varnish (at the moment the best option for searching)
1.2 - Liquid rubber (I saw that I use it, not many, but I use it, it’s not clear where to look for it)
1.3 - Acrylic insulating varnish (It’s also not clear where to get it ... )

2 - Is there a strong difference between these 3 options above, or is there something that cannot be used?

3 - Will everything be fine with the CPU if it is varnished?

By CPU coating, I do not mean the camel itself, but the area around it, contacts, etc.
Roughly speaking, I am very interested in using a simple colorless varnish, this is by far the most easily accessible option ...

If the CPU is coated with something, then most likely the effect of liquid metal will not be better than thermal paste, the most logical option is not to use liquid metal, or first apply a thin layer of gallium (or whatever) on the processor cover and on the cooling system cover to make it trite there was nothing to come out.
