Refused USB ports on a Lenovo laptop. How to fix?

Good afternoon everyone.
Question about laptop Lenovo G560. After replacing the hard drive with an SSD and reinstalling the OS on it, the USB ports refused to work. Despite the attempts described below, nothing has so far been successful and the computer stubbornly does not see the USB flash drive in all three available USB ports.
Background:
The other day, the hard drive installed in it earlier (Fujitsu 500 GB) died.
After buying a 120 GB SSD from WD and installing operas on it. Windows 7 systems, + some drivers - all the main functions are working.
In addition to USB ports.
I checked and downloaded drivers for the motherboard chipset, and auto-update drivers from Lenovo. He put something and checked, but to no avail.
What I tried:
- Update drivers via the Internet.
- Enabled / disabled drivers in the device manager.
- In the same place, in the Device Manager for each root USB hub, I turned on and off the checkbox
"Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
- I did not find a setting item in the BIOS about this, but I also looked for it.
- I looked through the register on the Internet, but did not try it.
- Repeatedly demolished the entire system, and set from scratch (did not help). Everything is installed and working properly, except for USB ports.
Physically hurt and somehow close, I could not, tk. carried out the usual procedure for replacing thermal paste - only unscrewed the cooler and the thermally conductive tube, which are far from the USB ports.
If anyone has experienced this before, or knows what to do, please let me know. I no longer have options, my head is spinning.
Thanks for the replies :)

1 do the ports work if you connect a USB flash drive does it light up in the bios and at the boot stage
2 run a live sd win or linux and check there
3 if everything is bad to carry to the service

Try to check the circuit for damage (check if power is supplied to the ports and whether they are connected) and check if you have damaged anything. If nothing is damaged - congratulations, you killed USB *

Was the laptop previously filled with liquid, such as Coca-Cola?
