What program should I use to protect data on a USB flash drive on the fly?
The bottom line is this:
I have a working flash drive that is used to store working documents. I would like a program that could work as follows:
1. Install, set a password.
2. Data is stored in encrypted form on a flash drive.
3. When connected to any computer, the program asks for a password, and if the password is correct, then before disconnecting, you can work with it using Windows tools without any restrictions, like with a regular flash drive. If the password is incorrect, then the contents of the flash drive are not decrypted, you cannot work.
3. If the flash drive is suddenly removed during operation, then only encrypted data should remain on it.
4. It would be nice if there was a function of remembering the computer (so that, for example, with your computer you do not have to re-enter the password each time).
I rummaged through a bunch of programs, but did not find a completely suitable one. I ask for help, por favor.

I was looking for a similar solution for a long time. I found and use this:
www.kingston.com/ru/usb/encrypted_security#dtvp30
market.yandex.ru/model.xml?modelid=3958794&hid=288003
The model must be with the prefix "Vault Privacy Edition".
At the time of connection, 2 devices appear:
1) a read-only disk with a program that can request a password and transfer it to the hardware encryption controller;
2) the data disk itself, which becomes open only after the correct password.
Does NOT require administrator rights on a PC, so it is suitable for any Internet cafe, etc.
I didn't find a better solution.
