How to give access to all devices on the network to a disk connected to Keenetic Giga II via USB?

Hello!
It seems to be a simple task, to connect a network drive, but something does not come out of a stone flower. And I couldn't find a straight answer on Google. Connected the drive Transend 1TB.
The disk itself is connected and is visible in the interface:
nsAogv2ECx
The name of the network where the disk is located seems to be the same:
bNiiM
But then how? None of the devices sees the disk. I want to be able to connect this drive as a network drive, so that there is an opportunity for file exchange in both directions. From devices: Macbook firmware, PC on Win 7, Asus O! Play Air player.
Thanks in advance!

How fast is the access? There will be no higher USB2 .. Then you connect via WiFi or LAN ... I used it for a while, as a result I bought it on WD My Book Live market.yandex.ru/model.xml?modelid=6917304
If something is massively transferred and quickly - I connect via LAN to the router .. Otherwise, WiFi is enough ..
