In general, there is a USB 2.0 Gembird UHB-243-AD. Basically it works, but rarely. More precisely, 99% of the time, when connected to it, any device (keyboard, webcam, graph tablet) will give error 43:

I tried different things:
- disabled the shutdown permissions on all controllers to save energy, and in the control panel
- updated the BIOS (and this was advised )
- reinstalled the drivers on the advice of the article in the "repair". Although what will change from this is not clear
- updated the USB firewood from the mother's manufacturer's website
- updated the chipset firewood from the mother's manufacturer's website It's
still a little unclear. Why the hub itself is seen, and those connected through it do not work.
UPD. The concentrator is sometimes working. for example 2 out of 4 ports sometimes work fine. If the third connect - everything is cut down. But the webcam, it turns out, stopped working and that's it. 43 error.

Have you tried plugging the hub into another USB port? On another computer? If the story is similar, then the problem is with the hub.
