The bottom line is that there is an Asus x550c laptop. When you turn it on without loading Windows, the Asus logo is displayed in the middle of the screen, a message is displayed below: Computer diagnostics and balls are spinning around it in a circle, as if loading something. The laptop stood like that all night and still did not boot. Why can this be and how to fix it? The laptop is running Windows 8.

remove battery
reset bios

Boot in safe mode or from a flash drive. Before booting from a flash drive, do not forget to disable secure boot in BIOS. Disable Secure Boot, Disable Fast Boot, Enable Launch CSM.
Boot selection menu on reboot on ESC.
