What to do if Wi-Fi stops working on a laptop?

I have an Acer laptop, I've been working for about 6 years now. This month my Wi-Fi stopped working for no reason. Windows 10 latest version. On all other devices, the Internet works as before. I tried to reconfigure, tried to reset the laptop without losing files, but it also does not work, endless preparation is performed. Does not see ANY network.

and if it doesn’t turn on, install drivers
