I have a DH67CL - i5-2400.
I would like to put i5-3570 on it ... but it costs the old BIOS Date: 10/07/11 15:05:28 Ver: 06/04/04 I

need a BIOS for the 3rd generation, Intel no longer gives ... I could not find it on the Internet.

PS Your motherboard is no longer supported. Read the documentation, but there is a possibility that BIOS updates may not be released for it, although I seem to see that it is on the list.
