Video cards

Has anyone flashed the bios of the video card with a programmer?

The video card is old, and almost not needed, because although it produces an image, the drivers are not installed, neither the latest nor the oldest versions. I tried everything I can, and used DDU, nothing helped. There's either a dump chip, or something with the BIOS / memory. And the memory is soldered Pm25lq512. Because I work with the SC, I had experience with the firmware of such a memory, albeit a small one. But still, I would like to listen to people who flashed such video card memory. What programmer, and what nuances are there?
___
And the most interesting, where can I get the firmware? On the Internet, I saw only those that are sewn through a PC. And it won’t work, GPU-Z doesn’t work, when you start the PC it freezes tightly, because of the card.

I didn’t have to sew the bios on the video, although the usual bios was once sewed with a programmer. It was at the beginning of the 2000s, mothers with bios in the bath. I update the BIOS - the car freezes and then, of course, it does not start. I take out the bios, wrap it in foil, and go to work, taking the firmware file. At work I sew with a Siberian Crane, I insert it at home - thank you, Lord!
