How to bypass whitelist in BIOS on Lenovo laptop?

Hey!
There is a task to replace the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth adapter on a Lenovo laptop. And the platinum question, how to bypass the whitelist?
The solution to the problem is aggravated by the lack of programming skills and the lack of desire to damage the laptop. We are talking about the Ideapad 100-14 laptop, the ready-made patched BIOS is not googled. Is there an option to bypass the whitelist in two clicks?

And what prevents you from simply physically replacing the adapter and checking it? Take a similar module from a neighbor and try it?
Maybe your BIOS doesn't care what adapter you have?
And if not, then you should know: all operating systems one way or another look for hardware directly, without BIOS. And if this module in the BIOS is not important to you, then there should be no problems.
