Lenovo Thinkpad. Which series to choose?

Hello. Sorry for the dumb question, but I'll ask anyway.
I choose a laptop mainly for work.
I do frontend development. From constantly open programs - WebStorm, VS2013, SourceTree, Chrome, Skype. I would also like it to cope well with more or less new games.
I limit the budget to no more than 20,000-23,000 UAH.
Is it possible to buy a decent model of the Thinkpad line for such a price? And if so, which series (E, S, T)? I would be grateful for good advice

I would consider T440p/T440u or T540
If compact solution is X240 (or x250, coming to market)
