Installing Ubuntu 14.04 on SDD+HDD?

Hello!
I want to put ubuntu on ssd and hdd (at the same time align the partitions), I want / home, logs, transfer to HDD, and leave the root directory and everything else on SSD. There will be no swap, 16 GB frames. So, I think it's a good idea to do markup like this?
PS the thread is only about markup, work optimization, trim, etc. everything will be done!
