HDD for media library: what to choose, 2.5 vs 3.5, 1 vs 2pcs?

There is a desktop. OS is on ssd.
On hdd there will be files working + home + torrents + access from the home network. You need reliability, minimum vibration and acoustic silence.
For myself, now I’m considering only wd red, so I’m interested in the from factor and the combination.
How to be, what do you see +\-?
1tb 2.5 5400 + 1tb 2.5 5400
1tb 3.5 5400 + 1tb 3.5 5400
2tb 3.5 5400
Two hard drives will be better for multithreading, less brakes, load is shared, but more noise is possible and so that they do not enter into resonance.
2.5 attracts for testing, the vibration should be weaker, if they are no longer needed - you can convert it to an external one, or rearrange it in a laptop.
3.5 is cheap, especially if one is capacious, a little more productive if it becomes no longer needed - you can only rearrange it in nas.
