In which CRM can you group leads depending on the project (their source, site)?

I have several sites (projects) and each has its own manager. I want to organize everything through CRM, but I need these projects/managers to not overlap in any way in CRM. Those. the lead came through the form of site 1, it was seen only by the manager associated with this site. Phoned tel. specified on site 1, only this manager saw the lead.

Is there such a fine-tuning of access rights for employees in any CRM, or do you need to create separate accounts?

Efir CRM has such an opportunity. You bind an employee to the project, and restrict access to the project to others.
All this is inside one account, the admin invites employees and assigns them access rights to projects and clients.

As an accumulator of leads and any information, you can use a Google spreadsheet. On the basis of the table, you can write the reception of requests from the outside (from your site, for example), while laying out the information on the lead in a form that is convenient for you. Sending changes somewhere (REST) from the table is also possible, for example, when changes are made, or when an event occurs. You can also configure access rights for users. In this case, the table will play the role of crm functionality, which can be expanded further without purchasing full-fledged crm, and the table itself is free
