Recommend CRM for couriers management
Good afternoon.
I am looking for a CRM for my requirements and thirsty for your advice. Tried a lot, but superficially. On the one hand, it seems that the tasks are trivial, on the other hand, a superficial review of several systems showed that there are no such simple functions.
So, entities: operator, courier, client and object.
The object is the subject of work. The object stores information about itself, which can be edited by operators. A deal is concluded on the object, after which the object is considered to be worked out.
The operator creates new objects and marks all changes associated with it. He also manages couriers, sending them to objects to close deals. The task of the operator is to match the time of the transaction, which means that it is necessary to agree with the object, agree with the client and set the transaction for the time at which the courier is available.
The client, just like the object, is a temporary and interesting entity right up to the time of the transaction. The operator also brings clients into the system and notes all the changes associated with it.
The courier is a person "in free swimming". It is needed only for the duration of the meeting with the object and the client. The rest of the time it is of no interest to us.
So we have many operators, many couriers, clients and facilities. By order of the operator, the other three entities can be mixed in any order. For example, a pair of client-object two consecutive times may have different couriers. The global task of the control system is to join these 4 entities at the right time. One of the private tasks is to manage the time of couriers: it is necessary to make sure that all available couriers are approximately equally busy during the month. Or it is necessary to make it so that at the moment only couriers who are currently free (and those who were last busy most recently, like round-robin) can be sent for departure.
So, in short.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

An interesting task. I don’t know such crm, but I would undertake to develop it if necessary.
look here ursaminora.com/service/delivery
though it is your task that is not fully covered ...
My friends have been working with CourierCloud for a long time, but unfortunately I don’t remember the site. But you can google)
I recommend trying the EdiCourier courier solution . The logistician-dispatcher-supervisor has a full-fledged office for managing applications, couriers, tasks and routes. The couriers themselves have a web application. Routing and distribution of orders - automated.
