Given - a regional network of four coffee bars, all accounting in notebooks, a loyalty program in the form of cards with seals (Like in McDuck), the warehouse is maintained in GoogleDocs, there are schedules, salaries, reports, inventory, deliveries. Data from notebooks to GoogleDocs is transferred manually, the client base is not maintained.
We need a POS system - fast, with work with a warehouse on the spot (Incoming, inventory) and with the ability to attach a loyalty program of our own design and a customer base. The latter should be common to all coffee shops.
Accordingly, you need a system for an office with accounting, warehouses, purchases, customizable sales / customer analytics, data loading from a POS system.
1C + a little work with a file is suitable for the role of office software, but what then should be installed at points of sale?
The director uses a Mac, the office is all on Ubuntu. They want control on the web. There is only one employee at each point - a bartender-cashier, respectively, table management, portable terminals, printers in the kitchen are not needed.
