In idle time, the PC began to eat a lot of the processor, cut off many services, but jumps from 1-50% Virus?

Hi all.
Well, actually, I decided to work on a computer today, I turned off many left services in "msconfig", I go to "additional boot options" and I only have 1 processor displayed there! Although there are actually 6 of them. As I understand it, from here the whole load on the processor appeared, can you help with the problem?

@olmerlv

Run Resource Monitor and see what processes are giving jumps.
I often found the culprits there who inadequately used the resources of the computer.
But in general, the problem is described poorly and incomprehensibly.

I agree. I did not convey the whole essence to you !!!
It was in the firewood of the chipset. That is, 5 processors turned off, and only 1 worked. From this, there were such jumps.
Ps thanks for the answer!
