Is the CPU temperature normal?
The Ryzen 5 3500u processor, I decided to check the behavior under load (toy), at the maximum declared processor temperature of 105 degrees, the following picture is observed. They strain jumps under 90-95 (when loading locations, apparently). Is this picture normal or do I need to change the thermal paste / clean the cooling?

Well, in general, it’s a little high, of course, but still within the framework.
and what kind of cold, as they rightly ask?
Unsure if you need to clean? It is advisable to take care of the equipment - 250r a can of compressed air, it is not difficult to blow out the dust, the temperature is within tolerance
Judging by the fact that the user who wrote this question simply had a clogged cooling system.
1) I advise you to blow / clean from dust, replace the thermal paste (depends on how it has not been serviced for a long time)
2) Buy an additional cooling system to reduce the temperature on the laptop even more.
3) This laptop is not considered a gaming laptop and its case says so, then these temperatures are expected.
