No, not really, the main problem of transferring windows between hardware is the driver, or rather the hard disk controller, but in fact the motherboard. For example, when transferring intel <-> amd (they have the most different hardware on motherboards), the default will be bsod, but if you remove incompatible drivers before transferring and return the standard ones (and most likely switch ahci in bios to legacy ide), then everything will be ok. Also, problems with usb can arise, it is completely normal to get a non-working keyboard and mouse when changing hardware (the famous window is 'to change the driver for usb, press ok' and non-working usb).
Even if the hardware is compatible, with each change at startup there will be a rather lengthy process of reinstalling the drivers and a reboot will be required, i.e. constantly switching back and forth will be inconvenient.
ps still the license can fly off and if you have any oem then you will need a new one, they banned the change of hardware in great detail there.
There is a version of windows built on the basis of winpe, in fact, this is the minimum standard set of drivers, under which the OS will start everywhere, livecd is made on its basis, though there is no question of licensed purity.
