Killed hard disk partitions during OS installation. How to install Windows now?
Hello. When reinstalling Windows, I did delete the hard disk partition, as a result, the entire hard disk ended up in unallocated space, and rebooted the laptop. Now, in the end, now it always gives out Boot Menu when it is turned on, in which it prompts you to select Windows Boot manager, a hard drive, and a flash drive with Windows, but when you select any of the sections, there is no effect, for a second the screen goes blank, like you selected this section and again the same menu climbs out. Please tell me how to save the laptop?) The Windows installer installed via Ultraiso, a flash in fat32 format. Thank you in advance)

The Windows installer is written by standard means on a USB flash drive marked in ntfs (unless you install something like XP). Try turning off secure boot in bios.
Windows USB/DVD Download Tool
So the flash drive is not bootable.
What was the flash drive made of?
Re-upload the original image to the USB flash drive using Microsoft utilities - Windows USB/DVD Download Tool
Create a boot disk with Windows in Rufus, just carefully check all the boxes, boot from it and install the system. Picture hint .
