Why do lags start when the hard disk is loaded (the mouse twitches, the sound is also jerky)?
With a heavy load on the hard drive (installing the game), lags begin, the mouse starts to twitch jerkily, video / sound too. How can I solve this problem, other than buying a new one? The hard drive is an old PC about 8 years old. Hard Seagate ST320082AS - 200GB (SATA). Thanks in advance

so the load is not only on the disk, the data does not have time to be recorded - they hang out in memory, the percentage allocates more to them, instead of the mouse and the sound,
decide - do not install new games that are not modern for it on the old hardware
