How to choose HDD without SMR?

We need a 4 terabyte HDD per server for a file server, the number of users is 100, document storage.
Also on this disk will be Consultant Plus (I think it's called a file version, exactly without a DBMS).

We announce a tender for the purchase of consumables and spare parts.
It is necessary to formulate the criterion "no SMR" - what criteria are suitable? I assume that the small amount of the buffer guarantees the absence of SMR - 64 megabytes.

Yes, small buffer size and weight from 600g. But this does not guarantee anything, you can still run into SMR. From 700g, unless you take it, but there are expensive server solutions

but what for, like there are no problems with the SMR, they also change them under warranty without any problems,
they also die,
what's the trick then?
