Laptop hangs during office work, what's the matter?

The problem is this: when using a laptop, sometimes the cursor (mouse, touchpad) freezes for a fraction of a second, I noticed them when entering text, so I conclude that the whole system freezes.
HP Omen laptop, ssd + hdd drives (at 7200 rpm), factory Windows 10 Home on ssd.
The beech is new, tested for stability in AIDA, overheating is excluded.
Drivers are all the latest, reinstalled several times with DriverPack-17.
In games (for example, the Witcher 3, heartstone) there are no freezes at all.
Autoload is fine. Even now, after several hours of work, there are only 70 background processes.
There is no antivirus, the firewall and Windows Defender are turned off, spyware is turned off, factory programs and utilities are removed.
I don’t know, I would have reinstalled Windows to Professional, but I just set up the system ...
