It is worth reading the entire three-volume book - "The Ideal Programmer", "Clean Code" and "Clean Architecture". The first one is just for beginners, for experienced ones there is too much obvious in it. Just be prepared for the fact that the book will not teach you anything technical, it is about how to properly relate to work.
