I recommend that you stop thinking and ordering and start making and downloading books from the Internet. :) It's not the gods who burn the pots.
"Rework" and "Getting Real" from 37 signals. If you choose one of the two - Rework.
"Indispensable. Can I do without you?”, “Purple Cow”, Seth Godin.
It's all about doing business, creating a product.
The main thing is to start doing something and experience everything for yourself. Start now. Don't try to do everything at once, but take small steps. Start right away with the things you like. To see progress.
As for IP management, I advise you to google specific questions. The book, I think, cannot be found - everything changes too quickly. This is how I found answers to many questions. Well, you need to find a good accountant, deal with the product yourself, and give him accounting issues.
PS Branson read. Gives emotional nourishment for a short time and only. PR for his Virgin brand
books are very useful in business:
Jim Camp "No"
Gavin Kennedy "You can agree on everything"
I start thinking about my business ... what books to read?
…
while ordering
Branson R. To hell with everything! Take it and do it!
Minimum program: because we do not forget about other documents.
1. Civil Code (part 1 - part 3, part 4 if necessary).
2. Tax code.
3. Code of Administrative Offenses.
4. Criminal code.
Read business funky. This is a very invigorating book.
And so all the books of Branson, D. Trump, Kiyosaki
Books are much more interesting to read with at least some experience behind them. Then there is something to shift these books, compare, look at from a different angle.
Scribe! And no one advised accounting. But this is the basis.
I work as a programmer, 8-12 hours at a PC ... I don’t really want to “relax my soul” sitting at a computer reading books ... therefore, only paper! )
Soloviev A.A. Director of the enterprise: Powers and responsibilities: Legal status; Disciplinary, material, administrative, criminal responsibility.
Read more Forbes, especially you need to know a lot about the relationship between partners, "scammers", and about ways to find a market niche yourself.
Oleg Tinkov’s book “I’m like everyone else”, well, for free from him - a “course of lectures” - the program “Business Secrets” on the Russia.Ru channel - russia.ru/program/biznes-sekrety_s_olegom_tinkovym/
I’ll say that reading- pro-startups don't help much. I've been reading/listening to audiobooks/studying the market for a year now; in the end, something remains, but most disappears. There must be a limit to this, and we must begin to act. Good luck!
My favorite books are
Eric Sink - Business for Programmers. How to start your own business
www.ozon.ru/context/detail/id/3881871/
Options for creating a product are considered in detail with examples. In the book, he (including) sets up an experiment - he writes an application for card games and tries to sell it.
Timothy Ferris - How to work 4 hours a week
www.ozon.ru/context/detail/id/5474657/
Awfully pop cover and title. The book itself is also written in a very pop language, but its value does not become less because of this. Dude describes approaches applicable to any business. The most important advice he writes at the very beginning is the concept of information hunger, i.e. no books :)!
It’s better to start not with books, but with an idea. Just ask yourself the question: Would I have been involved in this startup knowing that I would not earn anything from it? If the answer is "yes", I think you can get down to business.
I recommend Kiyosaki if you haven't read it. From a practical point of view, it is hardly possible to learn anything there, but the theory as a foundation is simply superb. The main thing is to learn to distinguish assets from liabilities, and consciously be aware of where you spend money.
So what is there ... That books do not help, it is a fact. Pile of waste paper. Look for people. Make acquaintances. Business books are outdated. It became obsolete already when it left the author's pen.
