I work hands. IT department, respectively, knowledge mainly in technical areas, I would like to further grow in the field of management in IT, the goal is to become an IT director. PS I'm already studying ITSM, but after reading Terry White's "What Business Wants from IT", it seemed to me that ITSM is only a small and far from the most important part of CIO knowledge and skills.
