IDE for graphical test writing?

Help me find an ide where writing a test happens automatically. What the tester needs to do is connect the phone to the PC, run the application on the phone and select all the necessary components with which the ide will interact.
The essence of the ide: there are 2 components on the mobile phone screen: a blue circle, a red square, I use the tool to select a red square, it writes it down, then I choose what to do with it
