Adding hidden data to fields depending on the value of another field. Solutions?

There is Table #1 and a template for Table #2 .

How can you make it so that when you select the answer "Yes", a new pre-known table is added to the template, when you select "no", another new pre-known table is added?
Known tables can be on the same sheet or on different ones.
Can you please tell me if this can be done using standard Excel tools or using macros? If there are links to ready-made similar solutions, I will be grateful. Thank you.

With the help of macros - yes. In the same place, you can even write Tetris on visual BASIC. But a link to a ready-made solution is unlikely.
With the help of formulas - partially. Watching that for the table - if static, it is possible to be perverted.
