How to automatically brush user messages?

Hello!
Is there a way to auto-combine text in messages? More or less like this:

1. Capital letter at the beginning of each message.
   
2. Period at the end of sentences.
   
3. Shortening links to the domain.
   

Etc. Do this with every message that users leave on the site.
