How to automate the selection of a list of documents?
We are looking for how to simplify life and reduce the time for compiling a list of necessary documents. We need a program in which certain conditions will be set, and based on this, a list of documents, the cost price and the cost of work will be displayed at the end (the last two points are not necessary, but it would be cool).
In fact, this is an attempt to systematize a large array of data.
For example: to conclude an agreement with a particular company, under certain conditions, you need a different list of documents, different payment methods, cost of services and a list of required documents. In fact, we (in this example) have three main types of conditions:
company A
partnership
type A contract type D
condition 1
condition 2
condition 3
contract type C
condition 1
condition 3
condition 3
partnership type B
contract type A
condition 1
condition 6
condition 3
contract type C
condition 1
condition 2
condition 3
partnership type C
company B
.....
company C
.... .
The scheme is exemplary. At the same time, each type of contract has a minimum fixed and mandatory list of documents and a fixed cost, which would also be cool to pull up at the exit, the rest is added depending on the condition.
The problem is that we have more than 40 such "companies", types of contracts in some cases more than 10 options, but I am silent about the options for lists of documents. Somewhere something intersects, somewhere not, even the minimum list of documents has different requirements for the validity of documents
The most primitive option is a huge table in Excel, but this is not convenient (meaning working with table filters). If you do something like a questionnaire on a separate tab, then firstly I vaguely imagine how the list will be formed and output, and secondly, there is simply not enough knowledge to write requests.
Therefore, we are looking for a constructor program, or one of the online options, how to solve the problem. according to the pricing policy - what would not be too expensive.
