How to organize the collection of backups from Linux machines to Windows?

I want to make a collection on Windows (there is no orthodox working client under Linux) collection of backups of virtual machines from the proxmox node and store them in three places, actually on the node itself, on Windows and in the cloud .
Is there software in nature that can connect to Linux from Windows and take it to a specific folder on Windows, and will the cloud client itself throw it into the Internet?
