Is it possible to port linux audio driver to macOS arm64?

 The required usb-caiaq module of the alsa-tools audio driver architecture for linux has been around since 2012. It works in Kali-linux arm under virtual machine on poppy m1.
How difficult can it be to port a linux audio driver to macOS arm64, and is it even possible?

of all three operating systems, the sound subsystem in MacOS is the coolest. what for there chot squirm?
Or a question in any concrete piece of iron?
everything is possible, and port the driver. but it's easier and faster to change the piece of iron.
