Communication of information to subordinates. What information aggregator do you recommend?

Good morning,
the task arose to collect various information from higher departments and convey it to other departments. Someone uses corporate mail and groups, but we use the usual group chat in the messenger. In addition to the necessary information in the chat, there is a lot of unnecessary, distracting garbage. It needs to be structured somehow.
I will receive information orally, and of course not store it on a piece of paper.
I would also like to have some kind of module \ plugin \ page, so that there is a public display in the WEB-e.
Is there something like that? Maybe it's some kind of ticket system with a notification board or something.
I don't even know how to google properly. Can anyone come across?
Thanks

Remove all unnecessary garbage and leave important information.
Create a separate channel for important information, shove all employees there. Post updates. Dot.

Create a chat where all employees have the RO status. Post articles in Confluence (there is a history and statuses), post a short announcement and links to articles in the chat. Licensed at $10 per year, provided that Confluence is available for anonymous viewing (while hosting it on an intranet). Consider other wikis.

Try Bitrix24. Actually, this CMS does everything you need: a chat, an advanced task system with execution control, a notification board. There's a lot more.
Unfortunately, I can’t tell you what free project management systems / CMS are, because. did not study this issue.

To distribute and track tasks, you can use project management systems (similar to any Asana or Basecamp) or systems with tickets (Jira, Github issues, Redmine). Google about them.
