I think that they are mining on my laptop. What to do?

The laptop was bought half a year ago, but it started to warm up after 2 months after the purchase. I bought without Windows and installed all the utilities myself. i5-9000 and gtx1650, but even cs at minimum is 90fps maximum. I am a complete layman in this and do not know what and how to remove. I rarely play because of this, I did not pay much attention.

Take it to service. Let everyone demolish and re-install Windows.
You can try to install Dr.Web or Malwarebytes yourself. It's better to go through one first and then the other. After going through AdwCleaner. If the state does not change, carry to the center.
Also, through the Task Manager, see what loads the processor and video card.

To begin with, it would be nice to look at the list of processes in the Task Manager. See who is loading the percent / vidyuhu / disk, and after that already draw conclusions - whether they are mining or not, whether to install Windows, etc.
