I sleep during the day, not at night .. what should I do?

I can’t solve a terrible problem with sleep for a long time ..

I can’t fall asleep at night, I sleep during the day ..
Today, for example, I didn’t sleep until 8:00, well, I started working .. I worked until 11:00 and passed out at the workplace .. woke up in 18:00 and even after that I want to sleep, and when the time comes to twelve o'clock in the evening, the desire to sleep disappears as if by magic. 00, fell asleep again at the computer .. woke up again at 18:00 and returned to the same thing, as I said above ..
I just can’t stand it, it’s always like that, even my customer is surprised why I’ve been doing everything for so long .. lordiiiiii( (((

Why do I always want to sleep? What should I do to fix this?

Establish a routine before health goes downhill.
Dose the load, do not load the brain before going to bed, do not stick it into the screen once again when trying to go to sleep.
Enter mode. Walk before bed. And remember that you also need to be able to relax. You need to go to rest on good before you are very tired.
Sometimes a sleepless night helps to get into the mode.
If it does not help (or no longer helps) - go to a neurologist . Take a look and tell me what's wrong. Will advise wheels and surveys.
Or tell me where to go. Who knows... mb you have psychological problems. Perhaps even to a psychiatrist, but most likely to a psychologist and psychotherapist.

I have sometimes regime on couple of weeks "slips." I work until 5-6 in the morning, then I sleep, I wake up in the evening and in a circle. When I need to rebuild, I just physically do not go to bed at 5-6. I look forward to the evening, coffee, physical activity. I have a person in my apartment who helps me stay awake. In the evening already cuts specifically. I go to bed, at 6 in the morning I wake up on my own, without an alarm clock, and I try to go to bed no later than 22:00-22:30 and get up at 7:30 already by the alarm clock. It was uncomfortable for a couple of days, but already on the second day of the "coup" I was able-bodied.
PS Judging by " For a long time I can not solve a terrible problem with sleep", I would recommend going to the doctor. Especially if it is in conjunction with some kind of stress or tension.
It is important to be ready to change something in such a situation. If the doctor tells you that you need to give up something, and you are not ready to do this, then nothing will come of it. Over time, when you lose health due to this mode, you will be ready for anything, but it will already be more difficult, or even completely late.
