What exercises for correcting myopia have helped you personally?

Hello. I found a fairly large number of exercises for the eyes on the net. Unfortunately, I do not have the patience to try everything, so I want to narrow the circle based on the personal experience of Khabrovites, which I trust more than random sites and books.
Thank you.
PS I have mild myopia - 3 diopters

Went to some relevant courses. As a result, while studying for two weeks, I began to see two lines more in the test table (I don’t remember exactly, but approximately 0.5 became 0.7).
Then he stopped regular exercises and gradually everything returned. But it seems to me that if you really practice regularly, you can not only stop the fall in vision, but even reduce myopia.
set of exercises:
1. Palming. It seems to me the most important. We rub our palms together until they become really hot and put them on our eyes. The eyes are closed. Duration - 5-10 minutes. You can also draw both geometric shapes and all sorts of pictures such as a house, the sun, etc. at the same time with your eyes closed.
2. We remove our palms, blink a lot.
3. We do standard exercises such as far and near, draw circles, etc.

Depends on the cause of the visual impairment.
An interesting exercise was published on Habré. The effect can be felt immediately. There was only one drawing in the exercise, consisting of circles arranged in a column at different distances from small to large. It was necessary to combine these circles with the help of the eyes in turn.
Unfortunately, I did not find this post. I would be grateful if someone left in the bookmarks

Believe it or not, my vision recovered after playing a computer game. I play TF2, a 3D online shooter. Recorded myself on camera while playing. I looked at what was happening with my pupils. They run like crazy back and forth. In the game, you constantly have to monitor the entire situation around. Apparently, this physical tension on the pupil returned my vision back to normal.
To be honest, I'm already tired of playing, once a week I force myself to sit for one hour.

And I had the idea, if possible, to go somewhere in the wilderness and take no TV, no computer, no books - nothing. Climb mountains, travel. It seems to me that you will return after this with perfect vision, and your health in general will improve. But it should take at least a month.
